This Refund Policy applies to memberships and other paid purchases on Master Force TV, operated by Master Force, LLC.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial membership purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Recurring renewals

Memberships renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of that renewal and we will review your request in good faith.

How to request a refund

Our payment provider, Paddle, is the Merchant of Record and handles all billing, invoices, and refunds. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us through the Contact page and we will assist with your request.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing times vary by card issuer and bank, typically 5–10 business days.
