Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Master Force TV (the "Service"), operated by Master Force, LLC ("Master Force", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Master Force TV provides streaming access to podcasts, teachings, community features, and related content from Mu Shemsu-t and Master Force, including optional paid memberships ("Supporter" and "Inner Circle").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms, and if using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms;
  • engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property;
  • upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or compromise security;
  • scrape, crawl, or extract content except as expressly permitted;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the Service;
  • resell, redistribute, or share paid content or accounts;
  • circumvent access controls, rate limits, or entitlement rules.

4. Intellectual property

All podcasts, teachings, writings, imagery, software, branding, and other materials on the Service are the intellectual property of Master Force, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non- commercial enrichment, subject to your plan.

5. Memberships, payments, and billing

Paid memberships are offered on a recurring monthly basis at the prices displayed at checkout. Memberships automatically renew each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period, after which the membership will not renew. Prices, features, and plans may change; material changes to your plan will be communicated in advance.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles payments, billing, taxes, invoicing, returns, and refunds. Payment and subscription mechanics are also governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Content, features, and availability may change over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive termination.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Force, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Master Force, LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you rights to a different forum.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
